VCI Coated Paper

VCI Coated Paper is a corrosion-inhibiting packaging paper produced by applying Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor chemicals to high-quality kraft paper. The VCI compounds are impregnated or coated onto the paper surface, enabling it to emit corrosion-inhibiting vapours that form an invisible protective molecular layer on enclosed metal surfaces.

Suitable for wrapping flat sheet metal, steel coils, machined parts, and interleaving between metal components, VCI Coated Paper is biodegradable, recyclable, and an environmentally superior alternative to oil or grease coatings. It is widely used in automotive, engineering, and general metal packaging applications.
