VCI Emitters from Tridiagonal Corporation are compact devices containing a concentrated blend of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor compounds. When placed inside a sealed enclosure, cabinet, toolbox, or packaging unit, they continuously release VCI vapour that permeates the enclosed space and deposits a monomolecular protective layer on all exposed metal surfaces.
Unlike contact-based protection, VCI Emitters require no direct application to metal surfaces. The vapour phase action ensures complete coverage of complex assemblies including internal cavities, threads, and recessed areas that are otherwise inaccessible. Multiple size options allow matching the emitter to the volume of the enclosure being protected.
