HDPE Fabric + VCI Coated Film

HDPE Fabric + VCI Coated Film is a high-performance composite laminate consisting of woven HDPE fabric bonded to a VCI-infused polyethylene film layer. The PE film inner surface carries the active corrosion inhibiting chemistry, while the woven HDPE outer layer provides outstanding mechanical strength, UV resistance, and a complete moisture barrier.

This product delivers superior protection compared to VCI paper laminates in environments with high humidity, condensation, or prolonged outdoor exposure. It is used to manufacture large VCI covers, liners, and wraps for heavy machinery, steel coils, pipes, automotive assemblies, and export cargo where both physical toughness and long-duration corrosion protection are required.
