VCI Coated Foam

VCI Coated Foam combines the physical shock-absorbing properties of polyethylene foam with active Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor chemistry. The foam is either coated with VCI film on one or both sides, or impregnated with VCI compounds, providing simultaneous cushioning and corrosion protection for sensitive metal parts and precision components.

Ideal for packing delicate metal instruments, precision machined parts, bearing assemblies, and electronic metal components, VCI Coated Foam prevents rust and oxidation while physically protecting against impact, vibration, and abrasion during handling and transport.
