Plastic Film 2D and 3D VCI Bags are designed to accommodate metal parts of varying geometries. 2D bags are flat, two-dimensional pouches ideal for flat sheet metal parts, blades, and panel components. 3D bags (also called gusseted bags or pillow bags) have expanded side and bottom gussets to accommodate bulkier, three-dimensional metal components such as castings, forgings, and assembled sub-units.
All bags are manufactured from VCI-impregnated polyethylene film and are available with heat-seal, zip-lock, or open-top configurations. Custom printing with product codes, handling instructions, and company branding is available.
