VCI Master Batch from Tridiagonal Corporation is a concentrated, polymer-bound blend of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor actives designed for incorporation into polyolefin (PE/PP) melts during film extrusion, blown film production, or injection moulding. It enables film manufacturers to produce their own VCI packaging films, bags, and sheets in-house with consistent and controlled VCI performance.
With a precise let-down ratio and excellent dispersion in PE and PP matrices, the master batch delivers uniform VCI concentration throughout the finished film. Custom formulations for specific metal protection requirements – including multi-metal or ferrous-grade variants – are available with full technical support.
