HDPE Fabric + VCI Paper

HDPE Fabric + VCI Paper is a multi-layer composite material that combines the structural strength of woven HDPE fabric with the active corrosion protection of VCI-impregnated kraft paper. The VCI paper is laminated to the inner face of the HDPE fabric using polyethylene adhesive layers, creating a single product that provides both physical protection and chemical corrosion inhibition.

This product is ideal for constructing heavy-duty VCI covers for large metal machinery, steel structures, pipe bundles, and industrial equipment stored outdoors or in transit. The HDPE outer layer provides weather and UV resistance, while the VCI paper inner layer continuously emits corrosion inhibitors to protect the metal surfaces.
